Job Summary:
The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new business and expanding our
client base in the access control, CCTV, and computer services sectors. You will work closely
with potential and existing clients to understand their needs, present tailored solutions, and
close sales. Your role will be essential in building long-term relationships and contributing to our
company’s success in these specialized markets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement sales strategies to identify and target potential clients in the
access control, CCTV, and computer services sectors.
• Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase our products and
services, addressing client needs and requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer
service and support throughout the sales process.
• Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the technical team to provide customized solutions and address any
client-specific concerns.
• Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and competitor
activities to effectively position our offerings.
• Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and other performance metrics.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to generate leads
and enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in sales within the access control, CCTV, or computer services
industry is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of security systems, surveillance technologies, and IT services.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and nurture client relationships and manage a sales pipeline effectively.
• Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
is a plus.
