Take-Down Notice Procedure
In accordance with Section 75 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (“the Act”), Computers 4 U has designated the Internet Service Providers’ Association (ISPA) as its authorised agent to receive notifications of unlawful content or activity, as defined in Section 77 of the Act.
